About the Role
The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing bookings, coordinating with drivers, handling customer inquiries, and keeping the office organized. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and handling inquiries professionally.
- Allocating jobs to drivers and coordinating schedules.
- Communicating and dealing with drivers to ensure timely service.
- Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and resolutions.
- Providing accurate quotes and calculating costs for customers.
- Using ServiceM8 software for bookings, quotes, and scheduling.
- Liaising with organizations and external stakeholders.
- Managing correspondence, writing emails, and professional communication.
- Performing general administrative tasks, including filing, printing, scanning.
- Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Multitasking effectively and handling high-pressure situations.
- Managing conflicts and providing resolution strategies.
- Demonstrating strong technological proficiency in office software.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
