Do you charge more for weekends?
Giving a fair go to the customers that can only move on weekends is important to us, so NO our rates are the same on week days as weekends.
Do you move offices as well?
Of course, and with corporate moves you get to have a coordinator from the first point of contact, where he will manage all the aspects of the move, and the GOOD thing is that he comes FOR FREE !!
Can you dismantle and reassemble (beds, wall units, desks…)?
We carry General tools, and we can definitely help you with that. Special tools (drills…) need to be supplied by the customer.
When and how do we pay?
Payment is either by cash or credit card half hour before completion of the removal Services on the day. Any other arrangements (i.e. postponed payments…) have to be arranged and approved by the head office.
What about the free box service?
$3 bond paid per box and refunded upon return of boxes.
Can my mates help the removalists?
Of course, any actions that could save the customers money we embrace. But please do not jump inside the truck, since the insurance does not cover you!!
Any hidden costs?
Not at all!! Being transparent with our customers will always be the key feature for our success.
When should I call a moving company?
The earlier, the better. Although the actual van assignment may not be made until a few days before your move, it’s wise to give your moving company from four to six week’s notice, if possible. The more lead time you can give, the more likely we will be able to meet your preferred delivery schedule.
How long does it take to move?
This depends on many factors, such as weather conditions, size of your home, time required to load and unload, parking, and the direction and distance your shipment is travelling.
Can my possessions be stored temporarily?
If you are unable to take immediate possession of your new residence, your belongings can be stored in a local storage. We provide safe storage facilities for holding your goods until you’re ready for them. However, you are responsible for the storage charges, warehouse valuation coverage and final delivery charges from the warehouse.
How do you measure quality?
By surveying our customers after their relocation. The results are tabulated by a third-party company and distributed to all internal service providers on a daily basis. This allows us to receive feedback on an ongoing basis, while also tracking trends so we can continue to identify areas for improvement.
